Benjamin Rendell brings over 45 years of culinary experience with him, as Executive and Regional Chef for extravagant brands such as Mandarin Oriental, Le Meridien and Shangri La, in China, Singapore, Bahrain, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
